Lose You Against The Light (a weird mix for a septuagenarian)

Custom mixes, part four. I couldn't make this one up if I tried: a mix for a 73-year old guy who told me very emphatically "the weirder, the better" in terms of what his mix should include. Sign me up! Fuzzed out Turkish protest songs, no-wave via New York & Japan, droning contemporary psych-rock, deconstructed takes on James Brown & the Beatles, jittery post-punk, plus, uh, Captain Beefheart.
