Ain't No Hangman Gonna Put A Rope Around Me (a mix of non-American musicians covering songs by Americans)

I just got word that there's going to be a basketball game broadcast during my radio show this week, so rather than make you go two weeks without some kind of musical offering here, I'm posting another mix that was commissioned for me to make during WMUA's annual fund drive back in November. This one was for long-time listener Barry (check out the Cramps-esque mix that I made for him last year), who requested a mix of non-American artists doing songs originally by Americans. His only caveat was that there be absolutely no Burt Bacharach included in any capacity. Tally ho! Download link below the tracklisting.
